At Are You Am I, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on full-priced items in original condition within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure the garments are unworn and free of any makeup or fragrance.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
